Appointments:
We recommend treatments and spa packages are booked in advance to avoid disappointment. Appointments can be booked by telephone, through the website, Facebook or by email. Please ensure you have received confirmation of your appointment prior to arrival. On occasion, we may have late availability, so it is always worth contacting the spa to enquire.

Cancellation Policy:
A non-refundable appointment fee is required to secure all bookings. Card details must be provided at the time of booking, either by telephone or through our online booking system.

Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment (7 days for spa packages).

Cancellations made outside of this notice period will incur a 50% charge of the service price.

Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge of the service price.

Appointment Times:
Upon your first visit, please complete a Client Consultation Form which will be send to you by email. Please arrive few minutes before your appointment time. We advise that late arrival to your appointment may result in the treatment time being reduced or cancelled if the treatment cannot be carried out within the time available, however full payment for the treatment will be required.

Completion of the Client Consultation Form will automatically subscribe you to our newsletter, should you not wish to be contacted, please advise a member of the team. We do not share your information with any third parties.

Gift Vouchers:
Gift vouchers can be purchased for specific treatments or for a monetary value.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash, and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase (excluding Special Offer gift vouchers, which may have different validity periods).

Unfortunately, expired gift vouchers cannot be accepted, and we are unable to extend expiry dates.

The full value of the gift voucher must be used at the time of redemption, as we are unable to refund or retain any unused balance.

The gift voucher code must be provided at the time of booking. If the voucher is not presented upon arrival, full payment for the treatment will be required.

Christmas Good Gesture Vouchers – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
Christmas Good Gesture Gift Vouchers are exclusively available to clients who have previously visited Fong Retreat.

2. One-Time Use
Each voucher is valid for single use only and cannot be reused, replaced, or reissued.

3. Validity Period
The voucher is valid from 1st January 2025 to 31st March 2025. After this date, the voucher will expire and cannot be redeemed.

4. Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable
The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or alternative services and is strictly non-transferable.

5. Redemption
Vouchers must be provided at the time of booking or presented upon arrival for the treatment.

6. Rights Reserved
Fong Retreat reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
